About
Hello!

My name is Aurora and I created Noctua Artistry years ago as a way of sharing my art with the world. I went to the University of Kentucky for Digital Media and Design and graduated in 2021. Since then I have done freelance work and vending. If someone were to ask what my favorite kind of art is, I wouldn't really be able to say because I do a bit of everything.

Across every media I use, storytelling is my main theme. When I work with clients, my main goal is to bring their stories and their visions to life. World building and being able to encapsulate an entire narrative in one image has always fascinated and inspired me.

Some of my notable projects have been with the University Press of Kentucky, The Lexington Art League, the Convergence Logo for 2020 (pandemic cancelled the event), work with several local authors, and my own show over at Grady Goods called Ad Astra Per Aspera.

If you like my work and have a project that is either illustration, book design, painting, or photography that you would like for me to do for you or any project you would like to collaborate on, feel free to shoot me a message on instagram or facebook. I look forward to hearing from you!
